High Peak Comps – Walt Disney World, Florida Competition Terms & Conditions
1.    The promoter of this competition is High Peak Comps.
2.    The prize consists of a Walt Disney World holiday to Florida with a maximum booking value of £15,000, plus £2,000 spending money awarded to the winner.
3.    The £15,000 holiday budget can be used towards flights, accommodation, park tickets and other travel-related expenses. All bookings must be arranged through High Peak Comps or its nominated booking provider.
4.    The winner will have flexibility to choose travel dates, flights and accommodation, subject to availability and provided the total booking cost does not exceed £15,000.
5.    If the total cost of the holiday booking is less than £15,000, the remaining balance will be paid to the winner in cash, in addition to the £2,000 guaranteed spending money.
6.    The £2,000 spending money will be paid to the winner via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method prior to travel.
7.    If the winner chooses travel options that exceed the £15,000 holiday budget, they will be responsible for paying any additional costs.
8.    The full prize can be exchanged for a cash alternative of £12,000. 
9.    The prize is non-transferable and must be used by the named winner unless otherwise agreed by High Peak Comps.
10.    The winner may be required to participate in reasonable promotional activity, including use of their name and image for marketing & transparency purposes.
11.    High Peak Comps accepts no responsibility for cancellations, delays or changes made by airlines, hotels, travel providers or third parties involved in delivering the prize.
12.    The winner is responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, travel insurance, visas and any other required travel documentation.
13. By entering this competition, entrants confirm they accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The draw will never be extended and the full prize will be given to the winner, regardless of ticket sales.
